Training

This 46 minute video introduces operators and technicians to the fundamental principles of industrial vacuum systems used in aerospace and advanced manufacturing environments. It is designed for individuals who are new to vacuum equipment or who want to strengthen their understanding of how these systems operate.

Participants will learn the basic science behind vacuum, how pressure is measured, and how common system components work together to create and maintain a vacuum environment. The course also explains the role of pumps, valves, gauges, and system controls, while highlighting the operational practices that help ensure safe, stable, and reliable furnace performance.

By the end of the course, operators will have a clear understanding of how vacuum systems function and how their actions directly impact system efficiency, equipment reliability, and process quality.

This 90 minute video builds on the foundational concepts introduced in Volume I and focuses on diagnosing problems and improving vacuum system reliability in real operating environments. It is designed for operators and technicians who already understand the basics and want to develop stronger troubleshooting skills.

Participants will learn how to interpret system behavior, recognize warning signs, and identify the root causes of performance issues. The course explores common failure patterns, contamination sources, pump performance indicators, and the operational decisions that influence system stability and uptime.

By the end of the course, operators will be better equipped to recognize abnormal conditions early, respond more effectively to system problems, and contribute to improved equipment reliability and process consistency.

Training Access and Licensing

All training purchases are licensed for 1 year on a per-plant basis, making it easy for facilities to provide consistent training across their operation. Each purchase includes up to five administrator logins, which can be assigned to supervisors, foremen, area managers, or human resources personnel.

These administrators can invite employees, manage access, and organize training in a way that best fits their facility. This allows companies to schedule training across different departments or shifts while maintaining centralized oversight of participation.

This flexible structure makes it simple for plants to deploy training efficiently while ensuring operators receive consistent instruction and understanding of vacuum system operation.
